Online Orders:

You can pay confidently using Visa, MasterCard. We have taken care to ensure that card transactions are safe for you and that there are no fraudulent orders. Each card transaction is verified for genuineness using a variety of parameters. For your absolute security, we DO NOT COLLECT and store Credit card information at Painted Rhythm.

After placing and confirming an order on our website, you will be redirected to the RAZORPAY Payment Gateway to make your payment via the chosen payment option (Credit Card/Debit Cards/Net Banking).If the Name of Buyer does not match with the name in the Credit Card / Debit Cards / Net Banking used, the payment transaction will be rejected. So please ensure that Buyer’s name and the Name in the Credit Card / Debit Cards / Net Banking used for purchase are the same. This is implemented to avoid fraudulent use of Credit Card / Debit Cards / Net Banking.

After the order is submitted and your transaction is successful, we will send you an email of an order copy.

The card will be charged only after fraud verification. On your completing the credit card transaction, you will receive email confirmation from us. After your card is charged and money is credited to our account, we will intimate you with confirmation of receipt of payment and status of shipping.

For Manual Orders:

Kindly send us an email at [email protected] with Ref Nos. of the artwork(s) you wish to purchase. We will confirm the availability of the artwork(s) by replying to your email. Please note that you should make payments ONLY to details mentioned here on this page. We will never send an email or phone you with payment details. Please be aware of fraudulent emails / phone calls. Kindly read the terms and conditions.

Once an order is placed and confirmed by us; the buyer is required to make payment for the price of the artwork and other additional charges (shipping / handling / taxes) within 7 working days from the date of confirmation of the order. In the event that Rhythm Art does not receive payment within 7 working days Rhythm Art reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice to the buyer.
