His work mainly focuses on realistic art depicting traditional Indian forms and compositions/ The colours of his canvas are inspired from the colours of the land and are therefore very close to their Indian roots.

His work is based on the mythological characters of the Indian plethora depicted through Indian art forms like Kathakali and other rich Indian art forms. Vishnu, Vishnu’s avatar like Krishna and Rama, Shankar in his Rudravatar and other mythological figures are frequently seen in his works. His work is characterised by true to life depiction of subjects, with great attention to their facial expressions, the tautness of their forms and fall of their costumes.
